1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for, accessing, or using Aelu (“we”, “us”, or “Aelu Corp.”), including any of our music, tools, platform features, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform or music.

In addition, any user who joins our monetization program is required to sign a usage agreement contract before participating. By using our music in your content, you also automatically agree to the latest version of these Terms of Service.

2. User-Submitted Information

All information collected by Aelu is voluntarily submitted by the user. This includes, but is not limited to:

YouTube account data via OAuth access
YouTube Analytics data such as RPM, view count, average view duration, etc.
Music performance metrics and usage data
Login credentials
PayPal email addresses for payment purposes
Any other metadata or platform-related details you provide during signup or usage

This information is collected for operational, fraud prevention, platform integrity, and marketing purposes. We store and monitor all account activity, payout behavior, and viewership trends to ensure fair usage.

3. Monetization & Payments

Revenue Split: All users in the Aelu monetization program receive 30% of the net music-generated revenue. Aelu Corp. retains the remaining 70% to cover licensing, technology, and distribution.
Payout Threshold: You must meet a minimum payout threshold of $100 USD to be eligible for payment. All payments are processed through PayPal only to the email address you provide.
No Guaranteed Payouts: Aelu is not obligated to pay any revenue to a user unless all internal eligibility requirements have been met.
Example: Even if you generate $1,000 in projected earnings, you will not be paid if your actual performance fails to meet the verified minimum qualified views or conditions outlined in the agreement.
Chargebacks & Fraud: Any fraudulent behavior, chargebacks, manipulation of data, or attempts to exploit the system will result in immediate termination, data reporting, and legal action including but not limited to civil lawsuits.

4. Qualification Requirements

In order to participate in Aelu’s monetization system, you must:

Submit your YouTube channel and performance data for approval
Meet minimum requirements (e.g. 5M+ engaged views in the past 30 days)
Use Aelu-approved tracks in your eligible content only

All qualifications and payout structures are subject to change at any time, without prior notice to each individual user. It is your responsibility to stay updated by visiting our platform or reading official email updates.

5. Licensing and Usage

Aelu provides you with access to a curated library of music, updated monthly. You are permitted to use these tracks in your short-form content (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, etc.) only after signing the licensing agreement.

You are not permitted to:

Re-distribute, re-upload, or remix tracks outside of the approved platforms
Use our music in long-form content unless explicitly authorized
Share music access with unapproved third parties

6. Termination

We reserve the right to remove users from the platform at any time for violations of these terms, suspicious activity, or for failing to meet qualification standards. Termination may include removal of payout eligibility and music licensing access.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aelu Corp. is not responsible for:

Any platform-side issues (e.g., demonetization, shadowbans, video removals)
Lost earnings due to ineligibility, failed verification, or policy changes
Any technical failures or data losses related to third-party APIs (e.g., YouTube)

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. We are not required to individually notify all users of changes. Continued use of the platform or music constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
